Please note: Attendees of the Forum are eligible for a 10% discount on the fees for the Certified User training provided by the Hydropower Sustainability Alliance, reducing the costs to 1,080 EUR per person. Register your interest by emailing training@hs-alliance.org.

Training

The Hydropower Sustainability Alliance is organising a Certified User training on 11-12 September 2025 in Paris. The training provides an overview of the internationally recognised Hydropower Sustainability Standard and its performance requirements to improve ESG performance of hydropower projects.

The training is open to professionals from all backgrounds interested in understanding good and best practices for sustainable hydropower development and operations. Upon completion of this course, participants will become Certified Users of the Hydropower Sustainability Standard and be able to support and manage sustainability assessments of hydropower projects.
